Saturdays 10:00AM -- till 1:00 PM or later. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vallejo Gem & mineral society was founded 8 Oct 1954 by rock hounds interested in sharing their knowledge of rocks and minerals, geology and other aspects of rock hounding and collecting with others. This Knowledge includes identification, gem and mineral collecting, cutting and polishing. We are a nonprofit organization still dedicated to sharing our knowledge and talents: including silver casting (lost wax), wire wrapping and other jewelry making and lapidary skills.
